Gimp is open source, you should try it. That is unless you're one of those guys who's so deeply entrenched in what you know and everything else is garbage. In that case more power to you.

I already have MDIS and I'm used to it, so I've never gotten around to trying other things. It's not that I don't want to, it's just that I'm too damn lazy. Oh, and did my how to guide prove useful?

The story so far. It's going to be a composite of multiple images and I'm trying to keep the number of colors to a minimum so that it works well when printing on a shirt. It's pretty rough right now but I'll probably add the original back in as a separate layer and go back over it doing touchups.

Also did you see the Oppo post I made paging you about the current blipshift contest? What I'm working on right now isn't for that. I found out about it earlier today while browsing their garage to get a feel for the type of artwork that works best for them.

That's cool. I just wanted to see a bunch of cool entries. I'm going to try and come up with something for it but this Fiesta idea has been burning in the back of my mind for a while now so I gotta make a significant dent in it.
